The Kainchi Dham ashram is 3.3 km away, roughly six minutes by car. It is close enough to go down early, before the day gets busy, and come back for breakfast.
What are the check-in and check-out times?

Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes. Self parking at the property is free, and it is open parking right by the building.

Yes. The on-site restaurant serves Indian food with a large vegetarian section. Rooms can be booked room-only, with breakfast, with breakfast and dinner, or with all three meals.
